It's your job to nurture and grow contracts with our existing customers. They are doing incredible things – from lab-grown meat to drug discovery – enable them to transform the way they work and deliver their life-changing products to market faster by becoming data-driven:

  • Work with customers to help them build a tailored platform to power their operations using the Opvia platform
  • Make sure the product fulfills the needs of the current customers
  • Collaborate with our proxuct development team to improve the customer experience
  • Work closely with the Sales team to set our business up for success
  • Participate in calls with prospective customers to demonstrate the functionality of the Opvia platform


  • Be energetic, ambitious, driven and motivated by the company’s mission
  • Thrive in an environment where they are given responsibility and ownership from an early stage, and be comfortable exploring new solutions to problems without continual guidance
  • Be flexible, willing and able to work on a very wide variety of projects
  • Have a high attention to detail, strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making
